Souq in Al Zein Um Selal G+M+1

A U-shaped building was designed to accommodate the proposed commercial complex for the irregular shaped lot in Um Selal. The first floor and mezzanine was dedicated to auto car repair shops while the first floor was reserved for the offices. The façade is reminiscent of simple traditional buildings which is further reinforced by the open parking space provided, resembling a very distinct element in Arabic architecture - the open courtyard.
