Commercial Spaces and Residential Apartments

The mixed-use building comprises of space for 47 rentable shops in the ground floor and 57 residential units. The design boasts resemblance to that of a traditional Arabic fort. An open space in the center was provided to double as additional parking spot as well as recreational space.
