The Builidng is designed in Erkiyah, Lusail with three basements, ground floor and nine typical floors. Each floor has seven two-bedroom apartments, with overall number of 71 units. The ground floor is designed with fitness zone and other leisure areas that serve for building residents. Building is designed in modern style using sustainable design techniques to achieve 2 start GSAS rating.
